1. The personal information of a customer that approved by the Bank can be viewed, such as mobile number, address, identity number, full name.
2. Your PIB Mobile’s password can be changed or reset without attending physically at the branch.

4. Follow-up loans, percentage of repayment, receive information about the loan such as mature date, interest rate and the remaining balance to repay the loan
