As part of the Bank’s management endeavors to offer best services to its customers and public, the Bank has launched Help & Support Center to directly contact with staff of the Bank to answer any inquiries whenever and wherever you are through different means of communication either by telephone, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger   

Staff of the Bank can reply and answer:

  • Inquiry about personal accounts and transactions made on the account
  • Inquiry related to e-Banking services and campaigns of the Bank’s products
  • Inquiry about fixed instructions
  • Inquiry related to sell/buy foreign currencies
  • Inquiry related to cards, report about cards, activate or stop them
  • Inquiry about deposits’ interest rates
  • Inquiry about locations of business centers (branches and offices) and ATMs.
  • Update customers data
  • Complaints and suggestions
