E-SADAD is available through the PIB Mobile banking app and the Istithmar Online internet banking.
E-SADAD simplifies bill payments and promotes electronic payments in Palestine, supporting the transition to a digital economy. It enables you to pay your electricity, water, telecom, and other bills using your smartphone—without the need to visit the bank or the service provider.

Yes, you can make payments from anywhere in the world using the mobile banking app or an e-wallet licensed by the Palestine Monetary Authority.
Yes, you can view your outstanding bill amounts without completing the payment process.
Yes, you can file a dispute for any transaction made through E-SADAD by contacting the financial institution you used to make the payment, such as the Palestinian Investment Bank. The dispute will be handled according to the institution’s procedures and policies.
If a bill was paid to the wrong number, the amount cannot be refunded directly after it is debited from your account.
However, you can contact the Palestinian Investment Bank to request a refund. Please note that the refund is subject to the policies of the biller (service provider).
You can pay your bills by following these steps:
- Log in to the mobile banking app or internet banking.
- Select E-SADAD.
- Choose the biller you want to inquire about.
- Enter your service reference number.
- Review the details and click “Pay”.
- A confirmation message will appear once the payment is successfully completed and sufficient funds are available.
After completing the payment:
- You will receive a notification or confirmation message from your bank or payment service provider.
- You can re-inquire about the bill to verify it has been paid.
- You may also check through the electronic services provided by your bank or payment provider.
If the amount was debited but the bill is still shown as unpaid, please contact the bank.
